The final step...   Once we receive all of your materials, we will review it and confirm the final price.  You will receive an email from us explaining your final price, along with a link to our payment page.  At this time you will only be responsible for 50%of the price, or $100, whichever is less. After your payment is made, we will create a low-resolution video for you to review online.  We will email you an access code that will allow you to view your video and send us your feedback, or potentially accept the video as-is.  During the creation process, sometimes we just can't help but let our creative juices flow.  If we come up with an alternative to your instructions, such as moving some pictures to a different section, or using a completely different song selection, we will create one or more alternate videos for you to review.  Don't worry - you won't hurt our feelings if you don't choose one of our alternates.  However, just having those alternates out there might spark an idea about something that can be done to your original layout to create the perfect video. Once everyone has agreed upon the final product, the remainder of your payment will be due.  Upon payment confirmation, we will mail all of your materials back to you, along with your DVD video slideshow in a personalized case.  The final, final step... Once you receive your video, it is imperative that you test it out immediately.  We can't stress this strongly enough.  We take every precaution to make sure your video is handled properly, but some things are just out of our control.  For instance, some DVD players have difficulty playing DVDs with paper labels.  Some are unable to play DVDs written in DVD-R, or DVD+R format.  If you require a copy of the DVD without a label, or a DVD on a specific media type, please let us know in advance.  You can determine what type of media your DVD player accepts by going to www.vcdhelp.com or www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers.  We keep copies of your video on file for at least 1 year.  Should you need additional copies, feel free to contact us.  We will require 7 to 10 business days to process additional copies, so please make such requests well in advance of your Big Event.  One final suggestion (and this one comes from personal experience).... we strongly recommend that you bring your own DVD player to your event (the player that you successfully tested your video on), just so there are no last-minute surprises.  DVD laser heads do get dirty, and you don't know what kind of shape someone elses DVD player is in.  Home            Pricing            Our Product              Testimonials            Order            Contact Us            Links         Order Tracking   The Big Event Slideshows and Videos 404-216-7727
